3. Most unlikely people and places may
become sources of infection.
4. Wanting to be in control of things,
but covertly will be seen.
5. The intellectual abilities will be
good.
6. But information sources and use of
knowledge may be improper
7. Proxy wars and decoy power centers
are likely.
